2. What data do we process?
This website has no forms and does not collect information from you directly. Your personal data is processed only when you contact us and during the technical operation of the website:
- Identity and contact: your name, phone number and e-mail address when you reach us via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail.
- Request details: the content of your message; the vehicle, colour, material and feature choices you send from the configurator.
- Customer transactions: information relating to quotes, orders, contracts, invoices and delivery.
- Security: logs kept by the hosting server when you visit the website (IP address, browser information, date and time).
3. Why do we process it?
- To answer your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you;
- To conclude and perform the contract, and to design, build and deliver the vehicle;
- To meet invoicing, accounting and other legal obligations;
- To keep the website secure and running.
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract (c), necessary to fulfil our legal obligations (ç), necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right (e), and necessary for our legitimate interests provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f). Should any processing outside these grounds be needed, your explicit consent will be obtained separately.
5. Who do we share it with?
Your personal data may be shared, only for the purposes above and to the extent necessary, with:
- Suppliers providing hosting, e-mail and IT services;
- Accounting and financial advisory service providers;
- Public authorities and courts authorised by law.
When you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted through the WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) infrastructure, whose servers may be located abroad. This transfer, which takes place because you choose this channel, is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. You can also reach us by phone or e-mail.
6. Collection and retention
Your data is collected via WhatsApp, phone, e-mail and face-to-face meetings, and automatically on the website's hosting server. It is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation and retention periods set by law; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Contract and invoice records are kept for the periods required by the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it;
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
- Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred;
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate;
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK;
- Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to;
- Object to an outcome against you resulting solely from automated analysis;
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
You can send your request in writing, with information allowing us to verify your identity as required by the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, to Altınova Sinan Mah. Hanımeli Sok. No: 376 Kepez / Antalya, or by e-mail to iletisim · atcluxurycar. Your request will be answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process incurs an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
